• Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure shelves, displays, and aisles are clean, full, front‑faced, and merchandised to standards.
• Execute planograms, promotions, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, safety, and standards.
