Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Manager in planning, staffing, training and directing department associates.
• Perform production and customer service functions to maximize sales safely.
• Use CAO to manage ordering and balance on hand in the manager's absence.
• Price and display merchandise; maintain signage, rotation and space allocation.
• Provide input on budgets, goals and results; communicate with customers and staff.
• Maintain equipment, cleanliness and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements to the team.
