The Kroger Co. is seeking an Assistant Department Manager for the Grocery Department at 12959 S Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80134. This role assists in planning, staffing, training, and directing associates to maximize store sales and ensure safe, ethical operations.

You will oversee customer service, inventory, merchandising, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for growth in a large, iconic grocery chain.

Qualifications

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in organizing work and staffing needs.
• Train and schedule associates to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Use CAO to order merchandise and manage stock levels.
• Price and display merchandise; ensure proper signage and rotation.
• Engage in merchandising, customer service, and promotional activities.
• Implement company programs and adhere to policies and dress code.
