Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED preferred; retail experience valued.
• Strong math and basic computer skills required.
• Understanding of product rotation and inventory basics.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures and follow safety rules.
• Must obtain Harmons Forklift Certification.
• Good organizational and planning abilities; reliable teammate.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows store policies and procedures to operate the grocery, frozen, and dairy departments.
• Receives, stocks, rotates, and faces products across departments.
• Maintains appropriate product assortment and inventory levels.
• Ensures pricing accuracy and signage, with emphasis on ad items.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers.
• Builds displays and assists with special product presentations.
• Trains new associates and mentors team members.
• Performs quarterly inventory tasks and supports store operations.
