Responsibilities

• Assist Department Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, training and directing Grocery Department associates.
• Perform production and customer service functions to maximize store sales and profits.
• Manage ordering and inventory using CAO and ensure proper stock levels.
• Price, display, signage, and product rotation to meet quality standards.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
• Communicate with associates and customers to ensure prompt, courteous service.
