Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Grocery Dept operations and customer service.
• Deliver friendly, prompt service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain shelves, displays, and aisles to standards and planograms.
• Execute planograms, promotional sets, and seasonal transitions.
• Manage ordering, inventory, rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with company standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop associates.
