Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Grocery Department.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, merchandised, and maintained per standards.
• Support inventory management including ordering, receiving, and rotation.
• Monitor product quality, pricing accuracy, and department presentation.
• Help coordinate workload to maintain productivity.
• Provide leadership and direction to associates during shifts.
• Assist with training and coaching of department staff.
• Support the Grocery Manager in creating a positive work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Assist with promotional displays and merchandising plans.
• Support loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Monitor department expenses and identify improvement opportunities.
