You will coach staff, manage schedules, inventory, and safety, and partner with merchandising to ensure effective promotions and cost control. This role emphasizes inclusion, diversity, and professional development.

Competenze

• Experience Required: Retail work or Store Leader recommendation.
• Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory; Peer Trainer/in-store champion role; product knowledge; good performance and discipline.
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety.
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.

• Your principal, main duty includes one or some combination of the following tasks: interview, select and train Team Members; direct the work of Team Members; appraise productivity for promotions or status changes.
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints; discipline Team Members; plan and distribute the work; ensure safety and security of team and store.
• Manage the department or location budget and inventory; monitor compliance measures.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate training to reduce turnover, promote efficiency and control labor costs.
• Provide motivational leadership focusing on respect and setting an exemplary example.
• Identify strengths and opportunities, think strategically on scheduling; develop future leaders; nurture inclusion and diversity.
• Maintain safety as top priority; inspire team and guests with passion for food; set and reach sales and profit goals; manage shrink.
• Establish ongoing communication with the team and merchandise group to ensure promotions are communicated and executed.
