The role requires managing inventory, pricing, and promotions while coaching associates and aligning with store goals. High school diploma or GED and some management experience are required.

Formación

• Must have at least some management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise daily operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food safety regulations and proper temperatures; maintain logs.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and CAO systems.
• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags and promos.
• Assist with store budget, P/L reviews, and financial reporting.
