• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and motivation to promote Food Lion Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Promote excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for customers.
