Responsibilities

• Oversees all Grocery department operations and may assume store operations in absence of management.
• Schedules associates, oversees training, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Manages inventory levels and shelf replenishment to meet demand and promotions.
• Develops merchandising plans and coordinates cross-merchandising displays.
• Maintains sanitation, 5S, PPE compliance, OSHA requirements, and safety practices.
• Controls payroll and expenses within budget; minimizes shrink and damages.
• Supports receiving, unloading, and deliveries when trained.
