Qualifications

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights as required.

• Understanding department operations: staffing, merchandising, ordering, inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in organizing work and staffing.
• Provide training and scheduling to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Use CAO to manage ordering and maintain proper stock levels.
• Price, display and rotate merchandise with accurate signage.
• Support store programs, dress code, sanitation and safe work environment.
• Maintain equipment, floors and grocery areas to sanitary standards.
• Communicate with associates and customers to foster a positive impression.
