ShopRite of Fischer Bay in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead the Grocery Department and supervise associates. You will drive department goals, ensure safety standards, and deliver strong customer service and operational excellence.

The role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to train and mentor staff while maintaining a clean, efficient, and compliant department environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze and interpret English.
• Ability to perform basic math and use simple computer functions.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to lead and engage department associates to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Grocery Department functions and associates.
• Achieve department goals for sales, profit, customer experience and engagement.
• Provide training, feedback and development to associates.
• Ensure safety, presentation and efficiency in daily operations.
