• Orient/train new grocery employees and retrain as needed.
• Develop weekly labor schedules for grocery staff for manager approval.
• Implement weekly display plans for end-aisle merchandising and ads.
• Supervise inventory, order groceries and supplies, minimize out-of-stocks.
