Job summary

Homeland is seeking a part-time Grocery Manager in Cordell, OK to lead the grocery department with a focus on excellent customer service and efficient store operations.

You will supervise staff, schedule labor, manage displays, and coordinate promotions while ensuring product availability and accurate stocking. Prior grocery supervisory experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required.

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior grocery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to questions/requests/complaints politely.
• Supervise grocery department staff and evaluate performance.
• Develop weekly labor schedules for the grocery department.
• Oversee merchandising displays and promotional activities.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stocks and ensure shelves are stocked.
