Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a delivery driver to be the customer-facing liaison between fulfillment centers and customers. You will deliver boxes to customers’ addresses within the correct time window and ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

The role requires a valid US work status, a clean driving record, and at least two years of delivery experience. Expect overtime and the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid state issued driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety standards, including seatbelt use and proper lifting.
• Verifying deliveries in the routing app.
• Delivers orders directly to customers' doorsteps with care.
• Safely navigates weather and hazards during shifts.
• Moves up to 150 boxes per shift, up to 50 lbs each.
• Supports package return and overall delivery volume as needed.
