Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a delivery driver to serve as the customer-facing liaison between our fulfillment centers and our valued customers. You will deliver boxes on time, ensure pristine condition, and maintain a positive, safety-first attitude.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 2 years of delivery experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be needed as business demands.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times.
• Verifies all deliveries in routing app.
• Delivers customer orders directly to doorstep with professionalism and care.
• Safely navigates varying weather conditions and hazards during shift.
• Uses proper lifting form to load/unload up to 150 boxes per shift (up to 50 lbs).
• Supports our Packaging Return Program by documenting customer recycling.
• May help other drivers complete routes or work overtime as needed.
