Job summary

Misfits Market is hiring a delivery driver to serve as the customer-facing liaison between our fulfillment centers and customers. You will deliver boxes to customers’ addresses within scheduled windows and in pristine condition.

You will join a team that emphasizes safety, accountability, and exceptional service, with full-time hours and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid state issued driver\'s license for at least 2 years.
• Valid Class C Driver\'s License with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of previous Delivery driving experience.
• Comfortable operating a delivery van in all types of weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times.
• Lead team during pre-shift meetings and cover important company topics like safety.
• Lead team during the load out process to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Help onboard new drivers and train to company standards.
• Conduct quarterly driver observations to ensure standards are met.
• Deliver customer orders directly to their doorstep and verify delivery in routing app.
• Safely navigate varying weather conditions and hazards during shifts.
• Load and unload up to 150 boxes per shift, each up to 50 lbs.
