Job summary

Misfits Market is hiring a delivery driver to serve as the customer-facing link between our fulfillment centers and customers. You will ensure deliveries arrive on-time, in good condition, and with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, DOT-friendly safety practices, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive hourly pay and a Tuesday–Friday schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2 years of previous Delivery driving experience.
• Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complies with DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times.
• Verifies all deliveries in routing app.
• Delivers orders directly to customers’ doorsteps with professionalism and care.
• Safely navigates varying weather conditions during shifts.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs repetitively and uses proper lifting form.
• Supports the Packaging Return Program by picking up and documenting customer recycling.
• Possibly helps other drivers or works overtime as needed.
