Job summary

H-E-B is seeking an eStore Curbie to retrieve online orders and transport them to customers at the curbside pickup area. You will use a digital tool to access orders, communicate changes, and adjust orders based on customer requests in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to handle flexible scheduling while maintaining safety and sanitation standards across the eStore. Previous training completed upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Uses a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders.
• Communicates order changes / adjustments to customer.
• Makes necessary adjustments to orders based on Customer requests.
• Audits orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following.
• Packages / transports/ loads groceries / merchandise from holding areas to customer’s vehicle.
• Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product.
• Achieves productivity standards.
• Gathers baskets and picks up trash inside and outside eStore, as needed.
• Maintains / stocks bag areas.
• Returns product to shelf.
• Transfers products from slot to slot to help free up carts.
• Organizes carts / maintains cleanliness within the eStore.
• Maintains standards for safety and sanitation.
