Job summary

H-E-B is hiring an eStore Curbie to retrieve eCommerce orders and deliver to customers. You will use a digital tool to locate orders, communicate changes, and adjust orders per customer requests. Responsibilities include auditing orders, packing, transporting items to customers, and keeping bag areas clean and safe.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule. Training is provided, including Alcohol Seller Training where applicable.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 16+
• Completion of all required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller's Training)
• Performs in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
• Works a flexible schedule as needed

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and reviews customer orders using a digital tool
• Communicates order changes to customers and makes adjustments as requested
• Audits orders for bagging, quality, and completion
• Packages and transports groceries from holding areas to the customer vehicle
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in bagging areas and store
• Opens and closes carts, helps free up carts, and supports sanitation and stocking tasks
