Meijer Inc. in Michigan is seeking a store supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer service during peak hours.

You will oversee staffing and hiring to meet needs, promote career progression, and uphold store standards and profitability across departments.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, product presentation, training, and maintaining a safe, fast, and friendly shopping environment for guests.

Competenze

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; also customer service and product flow experience is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members with clear direction and resolve conflicts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial information to make informed decisions.
