You will assist managers in achieving department goals, monitor quality standards, and embody Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Responsibilities include helping customers, stocking products, ensuring freshness, and adhering to food safety rules.

Formación

• Ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among customers and associates.
• Create an inviting, helpful environment by answering product questions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and provide informed recommendations.
• Assist customers with grocery selections and inform about specials.
• Ensure product freshness and check sell-by dates.
• Stock and label department merchandise; provide fresh items as ordered.
• Notify manager of ordering/shipping discrepancies.
• Display a positive attitude and stay aware of ads and promotions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate with management for repairs.
• Report accidents and safety risks to management.
