Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser for Grocery in Hauppauge, NY. You will visit stores, ensure products are available and well-displayed, and drive incremental sales.

You will work with store managers to maintain displays, stock shelves, and execute approved display opportunities. The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and daily use of mobile reporting tools; a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail with good communication and customer service.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available and properly displayed, driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain display standards.
• Identify and execute incremental display opportunities and secondary placements to grow client and customer volume.
• Accurately complete client audits and report findings using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products, lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Receive and deliver marketing materials to stores and install according to instructions.
• Take photos of completed work to document success and represent Acosta professionally.
• Communicate with store management via email, phone, and text to meet store goals.
