Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser in High Point, NC. You will visit assigned grocery stores to ensure products are available, properly displayed, and driving incremental sales.

You will collaborate with store personnel, stock shelves, and execute approved merchandising strategies using mobile reporting tools. The role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, working with client marketing materials, and building planograms to showcase products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available and properly displayed.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain standards.
• Identify and execute approved incremental display opportunities to grow client and customer volume.
• Accurately complete audits and report results using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products, lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Receive and install marketing materials at stores per instructions.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products.
