Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Coverage Merchandiser to ensure client products are prominently displayed and available across assigned stores in Columbia, TN.

You will drive incremental sales by maintaining displays, coordinating with store staff, and using mobile tools for audits and reporting. The role emphasizes physical merchandising, adherence to planograms, and timely communication with your supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection; proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available, properly displayed, and driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain product display standards.
• Identify, sell, and execute approved incremental display opportunities and secondary placements to expand product presence beyond the shelf.
• Accurately complete client-mandated audits and report work the same day using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products, routinely lifting to 40 pounds.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and deliver them to stores, installing materials according to instructions.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent Acosta professionally.
• Partner with store management and associates, coordinating with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
