Job summary

Acosta Group in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser to visit assigned stores, ensure products are available and well displayed, and drive incremental sales. You will use tablets and mobile tools to report, complete audits, stock and pre-sell displays, and coordinate with store managers.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and training with health plan options. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Familiar with tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available, displayed correctly, and driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain standards.
• Identify and execute incremental display opportunities and secondary placements.
• Complete audits and report results using mobile technology on the same day.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products up to 40 pounds.
• Receive and install marketing materials at stores as instructed.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to document success and represent Acosta professionally.
• Coordinate with store management via email, phone, and text to meet goals.
