Job summary

Acosta is seeking a part-time Retail Coverage Merchandiser for Grocery in Columbia, TN. You will visit stores, ensure product availability and displays, and collaborate with managers to optimize in-store presence.

You will lift up to 40 pounds, work with tablets for reporting, and receive training and mileage reimbursement. Flexible Monday–Friday hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, starting around 9:00 AM, with health plan options available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and customer service.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available and properly displayed.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain displays.
• Identify and execute approved incremental display opportunities to grow client and customer volume.
• Accurately complete audits and report results using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products up to 40 pounds.
• Receive and install marketing materials at stores according to instructions.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and professionalism.
• Communicate with store management and your manager to meet store goals.
