Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is hiring for a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will bag groceries, assist customers, and keep shelves and store areas clean and organized.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to handle a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to help customers with loading bags and locating products. This position is typically part-time and on-site at our Mansfield, OH location.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at check out for customers.
• Help remove customers' merchandise from bottom of bascart during checkout.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their car when needed.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves and gather and return bascarts.
• Clean spills, pick up trash inside store and in parking lot.
