Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is hiring for an entry-level position at our Texas stores. You will engage with customers, bag groceries, locate items, and help ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.

You’ll stock shelves, assist with price checks, and promote products while providing friendly, efficient service. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (75 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided; no formal degree required.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work; some roles require 21+ for driving.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and bag/transit groceries to vehicles.
• Locate products and conduct price verifications.
• Keep store clean and safe, stock front-end racks and shelves.
• Promote product sales through active customer engagement.
• Collect shopping carts and maintain cart corrals.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards to management.
