Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a dedicated grocery associate to maintain stock and ensure product quality in the store. You will display items per company standards, assist customers, and support sales through friendly service.

The role requiresstanding dates and rotating stock, operating a pallet jack, and working flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training is provided to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Produce codes and tender policies must be memorized.
• Ability to operate pallet jack (manual/electric).
• Count and calculate cash transactions accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Work well with others and promote a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves.
• Operate pallet jack to unload and reload product as needed.
• Ensure dated product is stocked and rotated or discarded properly.
• Inspect product quality and maintain food safety standards.
• Assist customers with price checks and locate products.
• Provide friendly customer service and bag groceries.
