Responsibilities

• Oversee grocery department operations including readiness, marketing plan execution, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory prep, cleanliness, and safe equipment use.
• Assist with replenishment and inventory processes: ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, returns, damages.
• Support merchandising and sales floor standards: stocking, displays, signing, and shop visibility.
• Direct fresh food preparation and production while maintaining food safety standards.
• Assist with front-end operations: scheduling, cash handling, and daily closing tasks.
• Monitor and enforce safety programs and training; mitigate risks in store operations.
• Build relationships and coach team members to improve performance and service.
• Resolve conflicts and balance priorities among staff and customers.
• Problem-solve and provide clear direction to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high safety and quality orientation across all activities.
