Whole Foods Market in Seekonk, MA is seeking a team member for grocery duties including stocking, merchandising, and customer service. You will keep displays clean and stocked, monitor freshness, and support sampling programs while maintaining back stock and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a dedication to quality and sanitation.

Formación

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Keep cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy case.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program; keep sample areas full.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time; attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling; answer phones.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and weights & measures procedures.
• Maintain a clean environment and equipment safety.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify signs and pricing.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
