The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a part-time Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger in Temple City, CA to provide outstanding customer service, bag groceries efficiently, and keep the store environment clean and safe. You will assist customers, manage carts, restock shelves, and follow food safety guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Able to provide excellent customer service and maintain store safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help customers with loading bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas.
• Clean spills, collect trash inside store and parking lot.
• Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Provide support through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
