Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Grocery Clerk to work across multiple store departments, stocking shelves, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining clean, well-presented aisles. You will help customers, rotate stock, and support a fast-paced team environment.

Candidates should be at least 16, reliable, able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and able to lift up to 60 lbs. with or without assistance while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).

• Good communication; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.

• May perform other related duties.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments.
• Assist with receiving product deliveries and moving inventory to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of store.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshest products for customers.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
