Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple store areas including Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen sections. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling bins, and maintaining clean, well-presented areas while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Top candidates will be at least 16 years old, dependable, reliable with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain mutual respect and alignment with Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs., with or without assistance.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments.
• Receive product deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using appropriate equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and optimal presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
