Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple store departments, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. You will stock shelves, assist with deliveries, rotate merchandise, and ensure clean, well-presented aisles while delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Physical effort includes lifting up to 60 lbs and following all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate mutual respect and ethical conduct within Sprouts culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. for distances up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in multiple store departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Assist with receiving deliveries and moving products to the sales floor.
• Rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and presentation.
• Operate and navigate equipment as needed within safety guidelines.
