Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must show mutual respect for others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Must have a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Must perform repetitious tasks and be able to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs. for distances up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours.
• Must adhere to safety, health, OSHA and weights and measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments and maintain clean, well-presented aisles.
• Receive product deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move products to the sales floor.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and maintain store standards.
• Support other tasks as needed to ensure fast-paced store operations.
