Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Grocery Clerk to work across Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and help maintain store presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, rotating stock for freshness, and using equipment to move products to the sales floor. A flexible schedule and strong teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect for others and commitment to Sprouts' culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and handle repetitious work.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and move boxes with or without assistance.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and assist across Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments.
• Receive product deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move product to the sales floor using equipment as needed.
• Rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
