Grocery Clerk (Finance)

• Checking product quality and freshness, reviewing "sell by" dates, and taking appropriate actions.
• Providing customers with ordered grocery products, both fresh and non-perishable.
• Labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
• Reporting discrepancies in product ordering or shipping.
• Staying current with ads and promotions.
• Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining proper temperatures and logs.
• Gaining product knowledge to assist and suggest to customers.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performing preventive maintenance and notifying management of repairs.
• Reporting accidents and managing conflicts professionally.
• Acting with honesty and integrity, following directions, and seeking help when needed.
