Job summary

La Plaza Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to join our store in Tracy, CA. The role involves stocking shelves, maintaining neat displays, and supporting daily operations with attention to safety and efficiency.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of grocery stocking experience and preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are required to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Stock grocery items on shelves and ensure neat organization in assigned locations.
• Safely use a cutting blade or knife.
• Organize, rotate, and maintain back stock in good order and easily accessible.
• Build neat and organized merchandise displays.
• Operate equipment such as baler or forklift as needed.

• Operate equipment and machinery such as baler, forklift, etc. based on operational needs.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Grocery department, stocking experience required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred
