Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work in various areas of the store, including the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments. Your tasks may include stocking shelves, filling frozen foods bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, and moving products to the sales floor using different equipment. You will also rotate merchandise to ensure freshness for our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team Members under 18 are restricted from tasks involving knives (except safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactors, motor/electronically powered equipment, and prolonged work in coolers or freezers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and uphold high ethics within a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture
• Positive attitude with good customer interaction skills
• Effective communication skills; able to follow directions and work in a team
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks, multitasking, prioritizing, and staying organized
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., move them up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
