Overview of Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work across multiple store areas, including the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen foods bins, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, and moving products to the sales floor using various equipment. You will also rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Team Members under 18 are restricted from tasks such as operating certain equipment, working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods, and using ladders or knives (except safety cutters).

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and uphold high ethical standards within a diverse, inclusive culture
• Positive attitude with strong customer interaction skills
• Good communication, team participation, and ability to follow directions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Able to lift and transfer boxes up to 60 lbs. over a distance of 5 feet, up to 25 hours without assistance
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$16.55 - $20.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
