Overview

Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts work across various departments including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. Your tasks may include stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, and moving products using different equipment. You will also rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team members under 18 are restricted from tasks involving knives (except safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactors, motor/electronic equipment (including manual pallet jacks), and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and maintain high ethics within a diverse, inclusive culture
• Positive attitude and good customer interaction skills
• Effective communication and team participation skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Capable of lifting boxes up to 60 lbs., moving them up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without assistance
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

The hourly pay ranges from $16.55 to $20.75, based on experience and qualifications.
