Overview of Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work in various store areas, including the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, and moving products to the sales floor with different equipment. They also rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team Members under 18 are restricted from tasks such as using knives (except safety cutters), ladders, operating garbage or cardboard compactors, operating motor/electronic equipment, and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful, ethical, and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Positive attitude with good customer interaction skills
• Effective communication, able to take direction and work in a team
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and staying organized
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs., with specific movement requirements
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$16.55 - $20.75/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
