Food Lion in Quinton, VA is seeking a Customer Service-focused Associate to join our Center Store team. You will help customers, stock shelves, and maintain accurate displays while following company policies and safety guidelines.

Key duties include fast, friendly service, proper use of ACIS and CAO tools, and adherence to dress code. Training will be provided to learn store operations and CBT coursework.

• Must have high school or equivalent; preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide quality customer service within Center Store to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Maintain shelves, shelf tag moldings, and stock according to guidelines.
• Ensure saleable merchandise is displayed and properly stocked.
• Understand and follow Food Lion guidelines, safety rules, and company policies.
• Use company tools (ACIS, CAO) for inventory and ordering.
• Complete CBT and training coursework and wear the required uniform.
