Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for the role.
• Physical ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department.
• Maintain shelves and shelf tag moldings with damp cloth, stock as needed.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and display of merchandise per policies.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge when on duty.
