Food Lion is seeking a frontline associate to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Center Store. You will help maintain shelves, follow standard practices, and ensure saleable merchandise is properly displayed.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety guidelines, proper use of store tools, and ongoing training to support a positive shopping experience for customers and a cooperative work environment for associates.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to meet physical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department.
• Maintain shelf areas and ensure saleable merchandise is displayed.
• Follow policies for ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents and comply with regulations and dress code.
