Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of grocery products.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to perform basic math and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Completes Order Writer training.
• Replenishes products and maintains back stock levels.
• Places orders for perishable and non-perishable items.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and participates in inventory management.
• Completes spoilage and temperature control worksheets as required.
• Ensures timely and accurate product orders to optimize inventory turns.
• Oversees special customer orders and transfers.
