Responsibilities

• Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger bags groceries at checkout.
• Strives to bag at least five items per bag without damaging contents.
• Follows best practices for bagging in reusable/plastic/paper bags.
• Assists in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart at checkout.
• Offers to help customers load bags into their car.
• Performs basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return to designated areas.
• Clean spills, collect trash inside store and parking lot.
• Clean all areas inside and outside of store.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
• Understand store layout, locate products, and perform price checks for cashiers.
• Support safety programs and notify management of unsafe conditions.
